Mr. Sorokin graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of Moscow State University after M.V. Lomonosov in specialty: political scientist, teacher of political science, later graduated from the full-time post-graduate course of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. after M.V. Lomonosov.

During his professional career:

headed the press service of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Department of Mass Media and Mass Communications of the Russian Youth Union.

In 2015, together with like-minded people, he created agency "Plastilin", specializing in information promotion of projects and individuals in the sphere of politics, business and civil society.

As a political consultant and an expert in information technology, he periodically publishes texts and comments in various media.

Author of a number of publications and research studies on the topic of information politics and PR in the media, conduct various master classes and lectures for leaders of public opinion on media promotion and positioning, is engaged in teaching activities for students of profile specialties.
